Our next Director, Client Strategy will be an integral part of our growing Client Strategy team, working across a wide range of clients and projects.

Responsibilities: 

  • Advising corporate leaders with insightful product strategy that drives businesses and brands forward
  • Growing client relationships and cultivating new opportunities
  • Overseeing digital consulting teams
  • Optimizing account revenue and profitability 
  • Facilitating internal problem-solving, challenging hypotheses, and presenting clear recommendations to the client with thoughtful supporting evidence
  • Working with the user experience and engineering teams to drive product innovation and new feature development
  • Understanding and advocating for the client’s needs and goals
  • Working directly with the senior leadership to ensure the overall health, direction, and success of the accounts they oversee
  • Providing guidance and oversight to strategy, design, content, and development teams
  • Generating big-picture vision and  seeing it through from ideation to implementation  
  • Providing exceptional service to clients while delivering engagements on time and on budget.  

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years experience in professional services, with 4+ years leading strategic relationships
  • Background in digital product development with a strong emphasis in technology, design, digital marketing or a mix of all three 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership, managerial, and customer relationship skills
  • Experience with design thinking and agile development methodologies
  • Experience managing fiscal health of accounts/projects
  • Experience negotiating contracts
  • Global team management and remote team management experience
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and independent self-direction, along with a desire for team collaboration and open communication.
